Pregnancy and Birth Support
Having a trusted and knowledgeable birth companion who can successfully advocate for you and provide individualised support is an invaluable tool in labour, proven to reduce interventions and improve birth experiences. I can provide in-person support to those living in Sussex, and also offer virtual support packages. I am experienced in everything from undisturbed home births to elective caesareans, and know the maternity care system inside out - I even wrote a book about it!
Getting to know you
3x antenatal sessions of 2 hours each, usually taking place between 28 and 36 weeks. I am also contactable by phone or email to answer questions or signpost as needed.

*Outside of 38-42 weeks is subject to availability but I will always do my utmost to attend or send a backup.
